 ABTA is looking for experienced motivational trainers to teach the following programs and courses.

Group Class Trainers

ABTA has an exclusive contract with Petco Animal Supplies in which we are responsible for offering quality training classes in all Petco stores throughout the United States.  We have a similar arrangement with Canadian Petcetera Warehouse in which we offer quality classes in five provinces across Canada.  Trainers interested in teaching at any of these locations need to be sensitive, high-energy, responsible individuals, with excellent communication and organizational skills. Trainers must be experienced in basic problem solving and obedience.  Typical programs offered are basic obedience and puppy kindergarten.  Trainers can earn between $10.00 and $25.00 per hour. 

Private Lesson Instructors

Some dog owners prefer the convenience of having a trainer work with them and their dog in the privacy of their home.  Often problems are more effectively addressed in the environment in which they take place.  ABTA receives thousands of calls each month from people interested in this type of training.  We can offer private lessons anywhere in North America.  Typical programs focus on problem solving, off-leash commands, and on-leash commands. Instructors need to be sensitive, high-energy responsible individuals, with excellent communication and organizational skills. Instructors must be experienced in problem solving and obedience. Private Lesson Instructors will need to be certified by ABTA in order to teach private lessons for us.  Instructors can earn $25.00 to $30.00 per session. 

Sales Consultants

Do you love sales? Do you love dogs? Do you want to earn big bucks? If you answered, "yes" to these questions, you may have just found your dream job at Animal Behavior College! Animal Behavior College (ABC) is located in Northridge, CA and is a school where dog lovers go to become dog trainers.

Our ideal candidate has 2 years of phone sales experience and is a high-energy, dog loving, organized person with computer skills. As an ABC Sales Consultant, your job would be to explain the benefits of ABC's educational process and then enroll students into the program. Our sales consultants do no cold calling and no high-pressure sales. If you are interested in earning up to $55K and fit the above description, we may be looking for you. ABC Marketing Director

We are looking for an individual to help us promote our national school for dog trainers, Animal Behavior College (ABC).  Applicants must have a high school diploma or equivalent.  Applicants must have experience in advertising and publicity specifically experience with multi-media advertising including TV, Radio, Print, and the Internet.  Applicants must be proficient in Windows, Word, Access, and Excel.  This is another ground floor opportunity for a self-starter with strong work ethics and entrepreneurial qualities.  The ABC Director would be paid a commission for every ABC student completing the program.
